Ingredients to make fried meatballs in tomato sauce:
1. To make this dish of meatballs in sauce, the first thing we should do is prepare the meat. To do this, it chop everything finely and mix the ingredients kneading the meat until everything integrated well.

3. To make the sauce, place the tomato along with the bay leaves in a large enough pot and start cooking over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and correct the acidity of the tomato with a little sugar. Remember that if you want you can make a stir -fry with onion and other ingredients such as peppers and carrots to complete the sauce.
Trick: If you want you can also add some chilli or spicy paprika to the tomato sauce if you like the spicy.
4. When it starts boiling, add the fried meatballs and continue with cooking over medium heat until the sauce thickens to taste. See the meatballs so that they are impregnated well with tomato sauce.
5. Serve the fried meatballs with tomato sauce and accompany with a little bread to take advantage of the sauce. This delicious dish can also be accompanied with white rice or even with paste to make some spaghetti with meatballs.
