1. We season the meat with salt and pepper. Then we fry the whole piece in oil, causing all sides to be brown. The idea is that the meat is slightly black.
2. Apart, cut the onion into julienne and the paprika without seeds or veins, in large pieces.
3. Add the vegetables to the pot with the flesh and let everything down. Then incorporate all the liquids, the soda and the meat broth.
