Ingredients to make eastern meatballs with peanut sauce:

1. Before making this albondigas recipe, the first step is to enlist all ingredients.





2. Blend the peanut with half of the curry powder, the vegetable broth and the lemon juice, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.





3. In a pot with olive oil, fry the garlic and finely chopped onion. When you are soft, add the rest of the curry and cook a few more minutes.





4. Add peanut sauce and coriander branch, stir very well and cook for 10 minutes.





5. Finally, add salt and pepper to rectify flavor, cook for a few more minutes.
