Creole sausage recipe

Boil the sausages in the milk until they are cooked, approx. 30 minutes and let cool.

2. Boil the popes with shell in water and salt and let cool.

3. Chop the onion leeks and garlic and fry in olive oil until the onion is translucent, add the sausages cut into thin slices and heat.

4. Then add the popes cut in medium-sized slices without peeling.

5. season with a generous amount of sweet paprika and a pinch of newly ground black pepper.

6. Once hot serve on a green salad of butter or dwelling lettuce seasoned with a simple vinaigrette
