Cream Entrecot Recipe

In a large pan with a tablespoon of butter and two of oil, fry the streams 5 minutes on both sides. Remove them.

4 Entrects of veal
1 glass of white wine
2 glasses of liquid cream
1 tablespoon of butter
200 gr. of canned mushrooms
1 pinch of pepper
oil
salt

2. In the same pan, add the white wine, mix it with the juices and let it reduce, over low heat.

3. Add the liquid cream, salt and pepper and boil while stirring.

4. Add the mushrooms and put the meat again, let it cook 5 minutes and serve.
