Country tape recipe

Ingredients to make lamb tapes:
450 gr of tapes to egg
50 gr of bacon
200 gr of minced lamb meat
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 parstete of parsley
1 bouquet of improvena
1 bouquel of basil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
1 chilli piece
4 tablespoons of oil
60 gr of grated cheese of goat
salt
pepper

Ingredients to make lamb tapes:

2. Chop the bacon.

3. Put it in the pan and saute everything with the oil.

4. Add the meat, saute it a little and add the concentrated tomato sauce, dissolved with half a glass of water.

5. Sazonar and add the chilli.

6. Let cook, stirring it constantly until everything is cooked.

7. Break the eggs in a bowl, salt and pepper them and add the grated cheese and a good mincer of basil, improvena and parsley.

8. Beat it well.

9. Cook the pasta in abundant salt water, drain it, in a source to serve deep, put together the eggs, the sauce and the pasta, remove it and put it in the oven at 180º C. for 10 or 15 minutes.

10. Serve just removed from the oven.

11. For 4 people.
