The piloncillo is put on the fire with 1/2 lt. of water. When the honey takes a ball point (that is, when putting some honey in water, it forms a consistent ball), the coconut is added, it is boiled a little, it is poured into the previously lined molds of waxed paper. When cooling, 10 x 5 cm jamoncillos are cut.
