Ingredients to make herbs chops: |
For 4 people :: 4 veal chops of 200 gr. Each 30 gr. of kidney fat 50 gr. of bacon 50 gr. of butter some sage hojitas 1 sprig of romero 1 laurel leaf 1/2 of liter of dry white wine flour 1 glass of broth salt pepper. |
Ingredients to make herbs chops:
2. Fligate them.
3. Chop the bacon and kidney fat.
4. In a pan, put the butter and the fat and bacon, saute it over low heat.
5. Take the chops in the pan and saute them on both sides.
6. Sazonar them with salt and pepper and cook them over low heat for 10 minutes.
7. Chop the aromatic herbs and distribute them on the chops.
8. Turn it over so that they are distributed everywhere, water it with the white wine and let it evaporate over high heat.
9. When the cooking bottom is almost dry, add the broth, cover and let cook until the chops are tender.
10. Serve with the same sauce.
