Cheese sirloin recipe

The onion is sauté with the oil in a pan. Next, the salt and floured fillets are added, they are slightly brown on both sides, bathe with white wine and let them cook for 10 minutes. The parsley is washed finely and cut the cheese into pieces. The meat is removed from the pan and puts into a baking source. The cheese and parsley chopped to the pan is added and the cheese is left to moderate heat while stirring, adding some milk. After a few minutes, the cheese sauce is poured on the sirloins and get into the oven to 180 degrees for 15 min. They let stand and serve with a rich garnish, for example of roasted potatoes.

500 grs. of ternera sirloin fillets
150 grs. of gorgonzola cheese
80 grs. of flour
1 finely chopped median onion
1 sprig of parsley
1 glass of milk
1 cup of dry white wine
4 ties. of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
