The Charquicán is one of the most traditional dishes of Chiles kitchen, along with other elaborations such as Chilean carbonate or Chilean tomatican. It is made based on ground meat and stewy vegetables, all spiced and served with a fried egg on top. Ingredients to make charquicán with fried egg:
1. In a small pot, we put a splash of oil. Apart, chop the onion in small pictures, add them to the pot, add the garlic cloves, season with a pinch of salt and cook. If desired, you can also add oregano, pepper or cumin to taste. It has to fry until the onion takes an almost transparent color over low heat so that it does not burn.
