Ingredients to make cassava cake with meat:
1. a high baking mold is smeared with butter. Preheat the oven over medium heat, about 200 ° C.
2. In a saucepan the oil is heated. The minced meat is added and stir so that it cooks evenly.
3. Add some water, pepper, oregano, onion, pepper, basil, a pinch of salt and tomato paste. Pick the onion as finely as possible. Let cook over low heat by adjusting the water when necessary.
4. When the meat is cooked, let almost all the liquid evaporate and adjust the salt to taste. Remove from heat and reserve.
5. Peel and chop the cassava. It is boiled by adding 1 teaspoon of salt to the water until it is soft. Remove from the fire.
6. Remove the cassava from the water immediately and make a puree adding the butter until it becomes a very soft dough.
7. To assemble the cake, a third of the cassava mixture is put on the baking mold. It is covered 1/3 of the cheese and half of the meat is added. Repeat this order in another batch of layers.
8. The assembly ends with the remaining mixture of cassava and cover with some slices of cheese.
9. Baked until the cheese brown and serves the hot cassava cake with green salad.
