Calllos recipe with bacon

We leave the chickpeas soak the night before.

Ingredients to make calluses with bacon:
2 kilos of callos
half kilo of chickpeas
2 units of food chorizo
50 gr of smoked bacon
a glass of white wine canary
6 cloves of garlic
2 onions medium
3 tomatoes
2 peppers green
a tablespoon of paprika (spicy)
una tablespoon of gathering (dye)
2 laurel leaves
a branch of thyme
a little salt

Ingredients to make calluses with bacon:

2. First we will wash the calluses and stew them in a cauldron with water until they are covered.

3. We drain the water and chop them into tacos.

4. The chickpeas will stew them, but we leave it a little hard.

5. These two ingredients mix them and incorporate them into a mud vessel, where we will have a frying with the other ingredients and species.

6. We will let it boil for 20 minutes over low heat.
