Butifarra recipe with vegetables

This butifarra recipe with vegetables was almost an invention … and it has become one of my favorites! And what I like most is that it is an express recipe: fast, cooked in a wok, with the vegetables al dente, and an intense and delicate flavor at the same time. Try it, I assure you that you will not regret it!

Ingredients to make butifarra with vegetables:

1. Here we have the ingredients for this butifarra recipe with vegetables. If you want to shorten times, you can turn to a microwave vegetable bag (yes, I confess, it is what I have done, from there also the one that is such a fast recipe). The half -glass of Martini Blanco gives it a very rich flavor, but you can also replace it with white wine. On the other hand, butifarra is a typical Spanish product, so to get it if you do not reside in Spain you must go to a Spanish butcher shop or offer food from this country. If you still do not get it, you can always replace it with sausages.

2. In a wok we heat a little oil and fry all the vegetables together. We cover the wok so that the steam helps in cooking. Stir occasionally.

3. When the vegetables begin to be ready, we add the butifarra cut to pieces, next to the white Martini. It is also the time to specify: a little salt, a little coriander and a little black pepper (or much if you prefer strong flavors). We cover again and stir.

Trick: Remember that you can replace the butifarra with sausages.

4. In about five minutes the butifarra will be cooked and the dish ready to place.

5. I accompanied these delicious vegetables with butifarra with a glass of red wine (indispensable) and, first, a risotto of prawns and broccoli. Yes, a little menu based on broccoli, but I love it! Wing, what do you like? Leave us a comment if you have any questions or proposal …
