Ingredients to make meatballs with tomato and ratatus:
1. To start we elaborate the homemade meatballs peeling and chop the onion finely. We place it in a large bowl and add the three slightly beaten eggs, grated bread, pepper and ground garlic (it can also be very finite chopped fresh) and minced meat, and we mix everything well until you get a uniform dough, which It must be compact but at the same time juicy so that we can then form the balls.
