Bitec recipe with rum sauce and brown sugar

In a hot pan, the oil and brown the steaks on both sides. Reserve the steaks in a Plato.

Ingredients to make a steak with rum sauce and brown sugar:
4 very thin steaks marked and floured
2 tiles of olive oil
1 small chopdite onion
2 cloves of machacados garlic
1 cda of brown sugar
1/2 cup of rum (of your preference)
1/4 cup of water
2 cdas of butter
cilantrillo mince

Ingredients to make a steak with rum sauce and brown sugar:

2. In the same pan that brown the steaks add the onion and garlic to gold. Add the sugar, the rum and turn on.

3. Add the water followed and mix well. Return the steaks to the pan and cook for a few minutes until they warm up.

4. serve the steaks in Plato. Add the butter to the sauce in the pan and let it melt while moving so that the butter is not separated.

5. Pour the sauce on the steaks and serve in a row.
