Beef Stroganoff recipe

This recipe is an easy and different way of making meat in sauce. The first thing you should do is enlist all ingredients.

Ingredients to make Beef Stroganoff:
300 gr Lomo of beef
3 tomatoes red
2 white onions
200 gr cream of milk
300 gr chicken broth
200 gr mushiones
salt
pepper

Ingredients to make Beef Stroganoff:

2. Cut meat into medium strips.





3. In a very hot pan and with a little oil we will brown the meat on both sides, when the meat is golden remove and reserve.





4. In the same pan we brown the onion cut into fine cubes and the mushrooms cut into rooms for 5 minutes.





5. Then add the chicken broth and cook 5 more minutes over medium and covered heat.





6. After 5 minutes we add the meat again and cover again we cook for 30 more minutes.





7. After 30 minutes of the cooking of the Beef Stroganoff add the milk cream and the tomatoes cut into pictures without the seeds, we cook 3 more minutes and turn off.
