BBQ chops recipe to pan

In a bowl mix garlic, ginger, pepper, and salt. Adobe the chops and leave the chops in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Ingredients to make bbq chops to the pan:
2 machacado garlic cloves
1/2 cds. ground jenjibre
1/8 cdta. of pepper
1 cdta. Sal
4 pork chops (center cut)
1 cda. of olive oil
1/2 cup of chili sauce or ketchup
1/4 soy sauce
2 cdas of honey
1 cdta juice lemon

2. In a pan, heat the oil and brown the chops on both sides. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chops, spreading with the help of a brush.

3. Cook uncovered for 8 minutes turning 2 or 3 times. If it is dry, pour a little water. Uncover and serve followed with white rice and salad.
