Baked salt back recipe

In an oven source place half of the salt, place the spine on the salt and on top of the salt.

1 k of steer loin
2 k of thick salt or intefina
4 large potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil
mustard sauce

Ingredients to make the baked salt:

2. Cook in the oven for 1 hour. Place the potatoes in the oven and turn them half of the cooking.

3. Serve the spine with crust and accompany with the roasted potatoes cut in slices.

4. Place the sauce in a bowl to pour it on the spine and potatoes to taste.
