Baked Overbarriga Recipe

500 grams of matambre
200 ml of white wine.
5 bay leaves.
2 tablespoons of dry thyme.
2 garlic cloves.
2 branches of long or green onion.
4 units of mature tomato.
Salt.
Pepper.
