Baked lamb recipe with potatoes

11. Remove and drink with a red wine.

12. Note 1: I usually throw a glass of wine once after ten minutes, but if we do not want complications we throw it at the beginning.

14. Note 3: If the potato is somewhat raw, it is left about 10 more minutes.
