Ingredients to make baked lamb leg:
1. Before making this baked lamb recipe, the first step is to enlist all ingredients.
2. Macerar the garlic with the pinch of thyme and a splash of olive oil, add this mixture throughout the lamb leg, and bring to the fridge at least 6 hours.
3. After this time, salt and pepper the lamb arm and baked at 200ºC for 1 hour, until golden.
4. To accompany the baked lamb leg, I decided to make a very simple peppermint and lemon sauce. To do it, in a pot with boiling water add the peppermint leaves and bleach for 1 minute.
5. After that time, drain the peppermint leaves and add them to a bowl with water and ice, thus retain the intense green color.
6. Drain the peppermint leaves and process with olive oil for a few minutes. Then, mix with lemon juice and honey, salt and pepper, reserve. If you prefer, you can make another sauce, such as mint sauce, almonds, honey and mustard or orange.
