With this ingredient acquires another flavor, a special touch, since onion and almond marry perfectly. However, for this fast sauce we have decided not to add it and use only a little fried tomato. He is not homemade but it is made in olive oil. From this we will use little. On the other hand, almond is a powerful natural thickener for sauces, so we will not need flour. Ingredients to make meatballs in almond and tomato sauce:
500 grams of pork minced meat
1 tablespoon of oregano
4 cloves of garlic
50 milliliters of milk
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
for almond and tomato sauce:
100 grams of ground almond
150 milliliters of water
30 milliliters of white wine
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon dessert of dye
½ pill of meat concentrate

10. We remove the meat from the refrigerator and begin to form the meatballs with the help of a spoon. We pass them through the flour and we are reserving them on the plate.





11. We fry the homemade meatballs in oil, either much, and we reserve them on a plate. You will see that I have made several types, including Russian meatballs.
