200 gr. of rice 300 gr. of minced meat 200 gr. of varied mushrooms tomato sauce 2 dates from basil olive oil salt |
Ingredients to make albondiga volcano:
2. Meanwhile, we cook the rice with a pinch of salt.
3. Once the rice is cooked, we drain it and reserve.
4. We peel the garlic.
5. Lets sauce the garlic next to the dice of basil.
6. Once you are sauteed, we add the scrambled mushrooms, and cook for ten more minutes.
7. After ten minutes, we add the rice, remove everything well and remove it from heat.
8. We heat the tomato sauce (see on the website tomato sauce for pasta :).
9. We will mount the plate, with a cup, we will make a mountain of rice. Around we will put the meatballs and above the very hot tomato sauce, it will be ready to serve.
