Ahumaded pork chops recipe

Ingredients to make smoked pork chops:
8 smoked pork chops
100 ml Quality white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon black English sauce (optional)
40 ml olive oil
half teaspoon of mustard powder
1 branch of cinnamon
salt
pepper just ground
2 smell nails
1 tablespoon brown sugar

2. Mix the remaining ingredients and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves, without reacked boiling.
