Ingredients to make vinaigrette lentils:
1. We put the lentils in a pot with water. When the water boils we cook them until they are tender (about twenty or thirty minutes) and then we cast them.
2. We cut in Brunoisse (Picadito in very small squares) Meanwhile the chives, the green pepper, the red pepper bell and the garlic clip. We mix the onion, garlic, green pepper and red pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar.
3. Add all the vegetables and the dressing of the lentil salads and stir well. We leave the mixture for an hour in the fridge.
4. We serve the lentils to the tempered vinaigrette as a salad along with a little beautiful in oil or of cooked and peeled eggs, all with a few cherry cutting tomatoes and a little chopped parsley.
