Tofu recipe with spicy sauce

Ingredients to make tofu with spicy sauce:
4 pieces of tofu
1 teaspoon of chopped gestgiber
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped scallion
1 tablespoon of oil
½ cup of vegetable broth
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of spicy chili
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of cornmeal

Ingredients to make tofu with spicy sauce:

2. Have the Gengibre, the garlic and chopped scallions prepared on a plate.

3. Boil 4 cups of water in a casserole.

4. When it boils, throw the tofu, let it boil again for a few minutes and remove from the heat.

5. Drain the tofu and reserve.

6. Dry the casserole, heat the oil and sauté the ginger, garlic and scallions.

7. Add the broth, soy sauce, spicy chili, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and let it boil.

8. Mix cornmeal with a teaspoon of cold water and add to the sauce.

9. Put the tofu in the casserole and mix it with the sauce, being careful not to break.
