Ingredients to sauteed textured soybeans:
1. The first step to prepare this sauteed textured soybeans is to soak the textured soy protein in the hot vegetable broth for 20 minutes. Next, we drain it well by tightening with our hands trying to eliminate the maximum possible amount of liquid. If we use fillets, we cut them into small or medium pieces. We reserve.
2. Then we peel and chop the garlic and the piece of ginger (1.5 cm long). We drain the bamboo.
3. Then we heat a little oil in a pan and fry the garlic with the ginger. When the garlic start browning the bamboo, soy meat, a good jet of soy sauce and a pinch of pepper. And saute the textured soy with vegetables for about 10-12 minutes.
