For 4 people :: 250 grams of red beans 1 onion 1 carria 2 cloves of garlic 1 laurel leaf 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 tablespoon flour tape |

2. The next day, taking advantage of the soaking water itself, we put them in a pot and add cold water to cover them and a little more.
3. Add the chopped onion in half, the peeled carrot, the peeled and whole garlic cloves, the laurel and a stream of oil.
4. Let them cook over low and slow heat, watching that they are always covered with water, adding some cold water when necessary.
5. When we are at your point we remove them from heat.
6. We remove the onion, the carrot and the laurel.
7. Onion and carrot we pass it through the Pasapurés and add the puree to the beans.
8. In a pan, fry in a little oil the flour, take out of the heat and add a teaspoon of paprika and quickly, add a little cooking broth and pour over the beans.
9. Sazon with salt and let cook 5 more minutes.
10. Before serving it is convenient for 10 minutes to rest.
