Stole chickpea recipe

Ingredients to make stew chickpeas:
300 grams of chickpeas (hydrated 12 hours before in water)
1 carrot unit

Ingredients to make stew chickpeas:

2. Wash tomatoes and onions. Chop very thin and take a pot over medium heat with a little olive oil. Sauté the vegetables well for about 5 minutes.





3. Add finely chopped garlic cloves to our stir-fry to flavor the stewed chickpeas.





4. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.





5. Add the chickpeas to the preparation and cover with enough water. If you want they can use a pressure cooker and cooking will be faster, to do it in a normal pot they should leave the preparation for about 40 minutes.





6. Once our preparation of stewed chickpeas have been cooking for 20 minutes to add the grated carrot. Then, after 40 minutes of cooking, the texture of the chickpeas must be checked, they must be tender. Turn off the heat and let the preparation cool





7. Remove half of the broth once cold and process so that the carrot is well integrated into the stewed chickpeas.
