Ingredients to make soy to the shepherd with Achiote:
1. We start by preparing textured soybeans. To do this, it boils the soy with enough water for 30 minutes, add the bay leaves.
2. To make the marinade reveals the chilaca and place the peppers along with the pump chili in a pot with water. Kitchen this over low heat and let a piece of onion until they are soft. Liquefied the chilaca desvented along with the pump chiles, 1/4 onion and the two large garlic. Reserve.

6. We return with soybeans, add the lemon juice and stir well. Then we add the garlic powder, the achiote and the seasoning. Once the soy leaves smoking, we incorporate the marinade little by little as the dish is not too hard. The idea is that soybeans absorb all flavors and liquid.
7. To make the sauce of our soy to the pastor, we blend the rest of the marinade with the tomatoes and a median can of chipotles.
