Ingredients to make soybeans in mushroom sauce:
1. Prepare vegan fillets with textured soybeans. To do this, follow the steps of the recipe that I shared previously.
2. Pica the onion and carrot into dice, cut the mushrooms and garlic into fine sheets.
3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and give the onion and carrot over medium heat a little. Add the garlic and sauce a little more. Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and pour the wine. Cover the saucepan and cook from time to time until the mushrooms are made.
4. Add a tablespoon of flour and remove well. When you incorporate the flour add the water (or vegetable milk) and remove continuously until you get a thick sauce for textured soybeans.
5. crush the mushroom sauce in the blender with a miniprimer. It is not necessary for the sauce to be totally crushed, it is very rich with stumbles.
