SOJATE SOJATE STEPHADO RECIPE

Ingredients to make soybean with tomato:
250 grams of thick textured soybeans
250 grams of fresh tomato
half carrot
half onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 can of peas
1 teaspoon of paprika
½ dl of olive oil
salt

3. Sauté the onion and garlic chopped in Brunoisse (fine biting) and the carrot in fine slices.

6. Let the set covered for 10 minutes and add the salt, soybeans and the drained peas.

7. Lets cook 5 more minutes and serve the stew.
