Ingredients to make sauteed chickpeas: |
500 grams of cooked chickpeas 1 tablespoon of paprika 150 ml of lemon juice 150 ml of orange juice 1 purple onion unit cut into pictures 1 tablespoon of garlic powder 1 tablespoon of dry parsley mixture of salt Pepper |
Ingredients to make sauteed chickpeas:
2. In a medium pan add some vegetable oil, add the chickpeas and sauté them for ten minutes.
3. Remove the chickpeas and reserve them, add the onion and parsley. Slime until the onion is transparent. Add some paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the chickpeas again to the previous step and sauté them for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the orange and lemon juice. Let them keep for ten more minutes and turn off the fire.
5. Serve and enjoy as accompaniment.
