Refias recipe to red wine

We soak the beans the night before.

Ingredients to make stewed beans to red wine:
200 g of red beans
1 medium onion
2 cloves of smell
250 grs. of Morcillo meat
20 grs. of butter
15 grs. of flour
250 ml of red wine
1 glass of water
salt
pepper to taste

2. We peel the onion and skewer the nails and cut the flesh to dice. In a casserole we roasted the flour in the butter as if we were going to make a bechamel.

3. Add the meat to the mixture of flour and butter, red wine and 1 glass of water. We incorporate the onion with both nails, salt and pepper and let it cook for half an hour.

4. When the sauce is thick, add the previously washed beans and cover with clean water and let cook 2 hours.

5. In this recipe, if we prepare it in pressure pot, with 1/2 cooking time of the beans is more than enough. We let stand and serve right away.
