2. The next morning we drain them, we put them in a saucepan, along with the chopped onion, the peeled tomato and cut into small pieces, garlic, paprika and raw oil.
3. We cover the set with cold water. Undoning the boil, we lower the heat and let cook slowly, adding the mushrooms cut into strips, ensuring that the beans are always covered with water so that they do not release the skin.
4. Once tender, season and let cook very slowly. In the last moment, when the bean is already cooked, we add the previously desalted and crossed outdated cod, and let the stew very slowly 10 minutes.
5. We remove from heat, sprinkle with newly chopped parsley and let stand, covered, about 10 minutes before serving them.
