200 g of white beans 200 g of artichoke hearts 100 g of onion 1 mounted garlic 1 branch of parsley 1/2 laurel leaf oil salt salt |

2. The next day, with that same water we place them in a casserole.
3. Add the chopped onion, laurel and a stream of oil.
4. We cover with water and cook them uncovered with soft heat.
5. In a pan I fry the chopped garlic, add the artichokes split in rooms, saute them and finally add the parsley.
6. When the beans are almost made, we add the snack of artichokes and let the whole set boil.
7. Add a little powdered saffron and continue cooking until the beans are soft and tender.
8. We put some salt and let stand.
