Recipe for textured soybeans to lemon -Chinese stake!

Lemon chicken is a very famous dish that you can find in the letter from any Chinese restaurant. It consists of serving chicken in fillets or cut into strips with a sauce based on lemon, sugar and vinegar. I thought it would be a very good idea to turn this dish into Vegan and I have replaced chicken fillets with textured soybeans, a healthy source of plant proteins. The soybeans textured to lemon are very tender and juicy due to their porous texture, since they absorb well the taste of the sauce. You can enjoy a delicious traditional Chinese dish without ingredients of animal origin.

Ingredients to make soybeans textured to lemon -Chinese styl!:
2 units of soybeans
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of ginger
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
½ cup of corn starch (62½ grams)

Ingredients to make soybeans textured to lemon -Chinese styl!:

1. Put to soak the textured soybeans in water or warm vegetable broth for 20 minutes. After the soaking time, drain them well eliminating the maximum possible amount of liquid with your hands.

2. finely pile garlic and ginger. Prepare the marinate mixing them in a small bowl with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Put the textured soybeans in a container and pour the marinate on the fillets with a spoon. Let them rest 15-20 minutes.

3. Heat a pan with a little oil. After the marinated time of the fillets, pass them through the corn starch on both sides and fry them in the pan until they are brown.

4. Take the almonds in a pan.

5. To prepare the lemon sauce, mix the water with lemon juice, sugar, agave syrup, salt, soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl. Put the mixture in a saucepan and cook often stirring until the sauce is thick. Add the roasted almonds and remove.
