1. Prepare the legumes letting them soak in water for a day before cooking them. Strain the beans and wash them with the water jet. Enter them to boil in a large pot with approximately 3 liters of water.
2. cut the onion into cubes and sauté it with a little salt and cumin, stirring constantly.
3. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and wear it in the pot next to the onion and beans. Add salt, cumin, garlic in pieces, pepper, paprika and vegetable broth. Stir well and let it cook over an hour over medium heat, or until the beans are soft.
4. When the beans are soft, take the noodles and wear them with their hands in 3 parts before adding them to the pot. Let the broth cook for 10 minutes over low heat or until you see that the noodles are already made.
5. It should be seen so, with enough broth to keep the submerged ingredients. If at some point you see that the water begins to dry, you can add an additional cup, but make sure you are just boiled so as not to interrupt the cooking process.
6. Once you have turned off the heat, let stand for about 10 minutes and serve the beans with mys. They are hot.
