Ingredients to make lentils with green beans, carrot and curry:
1. First we chop the onion and the very small pepper and sauté in a tarta. When we are golden, we add the parsley, the chopped garlic, the carrot and the peeled and chopped tomato.
2. Next we wash well and add the lentils, cover with water and let it cook 5 minutes.
3. Add the beans and season with salt, cumin and a teaspoon of curry.
4. When the curry lentils with vegetables have been cooking about 15 minutes, add the clean and chopped zucchini and that cooks all 10 more minutes.
5. We serve the lentils with zucchini and curryre. Some cups of cheese and strawberry would be a magnificent option as dessert for this plate of lentils with green beans, carrot and curry.
