Lentil recipe with fried spices

Ingredients to make lentils with fried spices:
50 ccs from oil
300 ccs of water
1 mocy clove
1 large onion
1 teaspoon of coriander
0.5 teaspoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
80 grams of chickpeas (already soaked the last night)




150 grams of lentils (already soaked the night before)
0.5 teaspoons of mustard in grain
4 green peppers
1 pinch of salt
400 grams of chopped tomatoes

Ingredients to make lentils with fried spices:

6. Heat the oil in the pan, throw the mustard grains, cumin and chopped garlic.
