Ingredients to make black beans to the Cuban:

1. To start with our Cuban bean recipe, the first thing we are going to do is wash the beans well and soak them with water and a bay leaf. The ideal is to leave them all night to get infected and you can cook them better.





2. The next day, take a pot with sufficient capacity, pour beans with water and bay and cook for approximately 45 minutes, until they are soft.

3. When they are ready, drain them and prepare the soft beans stir-fry. To do this, take a deep pan and heat olive oil. Once hot, add the finely chopped onion and chili pepper, or crushed if you wish, and the crushed garlic. Remove it with a wooden spoon and sauté it.
