Cuajada de Habichuelas recipe with the salsa of the oyster

Ingredients to make bean curd with the salsa of the oyster:
For 4 people ::
225 gr. of bean curd
113 gr., From fresh mushrooms
6 onions
3 celery stems
1 red pepper or green
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
125 ml. of water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
4 teaspoons of jerrez dry
4 teaspoons of soy sauce.

Ingredients to make bean curd with the salsa of the oyster:

2. Clean and cut the mushrooms into slices.

3. Cut the onions into pieces of 2.5 cm.

4. Cut the celery into diagonal pieces of 1.5 cm. Wide.

5. Cut the pepper into pieces of 1.5 cm.

6. Heat a tablespoon of oil and saute the bean curd until golden brown.

7. Remove from oil.

8. Heat the other tablespoon of oil and add mushrooms, scallions and pepper, remove and fry for a minute.

9. Add the curd.

10. Mix the cornstarch with the oyster sauce and the Jerez and put it inside the pan with the rest of the ingredients.

11. Mix well for a minute or two more and serve.
