Chickpea recipe with spinach

Cook the chickpeas after having soaked them in water with bircarbonate. Fry the bread with 5 tablespoons of hot oil. Retrieve it when golden. Remove some oil from the pan and sauté the finely chopped onion in it.

Ingredients to make chickpea with spinach:
300 grs. of chickpeas
500 grs. of fresh spinach
200 grs. of crushed tomato
30 grs. of almonds
1 slice of bread
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
6 tablespoons of olive oil
salt

Ingredients to make chickpea with spinach:

2. Once sauteed, add the crushed tomato and let cook slowly. Already cooked, drain the chickpeas and mix them with the sauce. In another casserole with the rest of the hot oil, add the paprika and spinach. Saute 5 minutes.

3. Prepare the mince of almonds, bread and garlic. Add the spinach and chop to the chickpeas. Cook with the casserole covered 15 minutes and add broth if necessary.
