Chickpea recipe with prawns

Soak for 24 hours the chickpeas covered with fresh water.

2. Then strain and throw them in a pot covered with water and salt. Take the fire and let cook at least 45 minutes (in soft boiling).

3. Meanwhile peel the prawns and reserve the tails; Save the peels with pepper grains.

7. Prepare a sofrito with oil and very chopped onion; Add pressed garlic and carrot in cubes.

8. Let sauté over low heat for ten minutes with a pinch of salt and add to the chickpeas.

9. Finally sauté the prawns in the sofrito oil with parsley and a pinch of salt. Add to the pot five minutes before finishing cooking. Serve very hot and rest.
