Chickpea recipe with pinions

The chickpeas soaked from the previous night are cooked in a casserole covered with hot water, salt and a stream of oil.

1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato azafran

2. Once tender, they drain reserving the broth, they go back to a casserole with the pine nuts, a stir-fry prepared with the onion, the garlic, a sprig of parsley (all very fine chopped) and the tomato.

3. It is irrigated with a little of the reserved broth, sprinkled with roasted saffron and salt to taste and let it cook for a quarter of an hour.
