200 grs. of chickpeas 200 grs. of white beans 400 grs. of chard 1 onion 80 grs. from chorizo 50 grs. of pig butter 1 head of garlic 3 sheets of laurel salt pepper |

Ingredients to make chickpeas with beans and chard:
2. Peel the garlic head and onion, starting in several pieces.
3. Wash the chard, discard the green part and cut the stems into pieces.
4. Cook the chard in a pot with water and salt, about 15 minutes, until the stems are tender, drain and reserve.
5. Fill the pot with water and salt and cook the beans slowly, for an hour and drain them.
6. Meanwhile, in another casserole with water and salt, put the chickpeas.
7. Add the onion, the garlic head, the pig butter and cook over heat for 30 minutes.
8. Throw the beans, the chard and the laurel in the chickpea pot and salt and pepper to taste.
9. Add the sausage and cook about 30 minutes over low heat. Drain and serve.
