Ingredients to make charros beans:
1. To be able to make the recipe for charros beans, the first thing you should do is clean the beans and soak them the night before. The next day, you must cook them with a garlic head, salt and pork caps. If you wish, you can replace the horn with pork legs.
2. To cook the beans you must do it over high heat until the water boils, then lower the temperature to the minimum and cover the pot leaving a small opening. You will have to cook over low heat until they soften. The cooking time can go from 45 minutes to 1 hour, although if you prefer you can use an express pot.
3. While beans are cooked, you can go by making charros beans. To do this, the first thing we are going to do is fry the bacon. Take a wave pan and add the sausage, ham and sausage, fry everything. When they are very dry, that is, without juice, add the onion previously cut into small squares. It is important that we move it to prevent the onion from sticking and burning.
4. When the onion becomes transparent, add the tomatoes, the Chile and the Swiss Knorr, all of them previously liquefied, and leave it that everything is cooked.
5. When the beans are cooked, remove garlic and horn. The garlic defrite it and the cueritos chop them and turn them to introduce to the pot with the beans. Subsequently, the previous sofrito is added and mixed.
