Catalan bean recipe with butifarra

We put a clay casserole on the fire, with a little oil in the background and throw the onion, cut into julienne not very fine and two slices of the bacon cut to small taquitos.

Ingredients to make Catalan beans with butifarra:
1 pinch of condiments
1 kilogram of small beans
300 grams of bacon
2 units of black butifarras
1 bunch of onion
1 glass of sweet wine
1 laurel leaf
1 bunch of mint fresh
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt to taste

Ingredients to make Catalan beans with butifarra:

2. We remove with a stick spoon, until everything is slightly brown.

3. We peel one of the butifarras, we crumble it and throw it in the casserole.

4. Remove the refrito and add the beans, letting them sauté slightly.

5. Add the glass of sweet wine, the other butifarra, the bacon and the mint leaves.

6. We go out to taste and remove everything well with the stick spoon.

7. We lower the heat and let it cook, over low heat, with the casserole well covered, until the beans are very tender.

8. We take out the butifarra and cut into slices.

9. We cut the bacon into strips and have on top of the beans along with the slices of butifarra.
