Trout roll recipe

The trout fillets are split so that 2 long strips of each are left.

Ingredients to make trout rolls:
4 trout fillets
4 ham in slices
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of salt
1 pepper pellizco
2 tablespoons of English vegetable sauce

Ingredients to make trout rolls:

2. apart in a bowl the garlic chopped finely, salt, pepper and sauce are mixed forming a sauce to marinate the trout strips.

3. The ham slices are cut into two or three strips each and placed on the already marinated trout pieces.

4. The rolls are formed by helping themselves to maintain their shape.

5. In a refractory mold the rolls are placed and they are taken to the middle oven 160º Celsius for 18 minutes.
