Trout recipe with almond sauce

Ingredients to make trout with almond sauce:
For 4 people
4 trout.
3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Flour.
Salt
pepper.
8 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 teaspoon of cornmeal
150 grams of fillet almond.
1 lemon.

2. We season them slightly inside and out.

3. We slightly flour the trout and fry them in oil, take care that they do not break when turning, just that the outside is brown and leaving the interior almost raw.

4. We take out of the pan and put them in a baking sheet.

5. In the same pan where we have fried the trout we will make almond sauce, removing most of the oil and leave like a tablespoon of oil.

6. In that pan we saute the chopped garlic.

7. Then we incorporate cornmeal, sauté and wet with wine and lemon juice.

8. Lets boil and add the chopped and previously golden almonds in the oven.

9. We crush this sauce until it is fine and if necessary we pass through the strainer.

10. We rectify the salt point and thickness if necessary.

11. We introduce the baked trout so that the interior of the fish is finished.

12. We take out the trout from the oven and save with the almond sauce.
